This is a delicious recipe that goes well with barbequed ribeye steaks or your favorite meat.
Ingredients:
- 12 red potatoes, cut into desired portions
- ¼ cup butter, melted in microwave
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. basil
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. thyme
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place diced potatoes in an ungreased baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the butter, olive oil and seasonings. Drizzle over potatoes; stir to coat.
Bake until tender, about 55-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
